This November, DETOUR is proud to present some of Brooklyn's finest techno producers and DJs. Ranging the gambit from trippy, hypnotic techno to hard-hitting, funky electro, this night will be sure to be colorful and perpetually exploratory.
Opening the night is the Brooklyn-based DJ and event promoter, Rob Seurat, who is the founder and resident of the Exile Brooklyn event series. Rob's sets seamless blend techno classics with raw and rowdy electro.
DJ, writer, and event organizer, Lychee will then take the reins with a likely "magical, scintillating take on technoid psychedelia." In addition to holding down residencies at Basement and Bossa Nova Civic Club, Lychee runs Spontaneous Affinity, a monthly mix and interview series and occasional event platform focused on how dancefloors haveshaped artists.
Guilt Attendant aka Nathaniel Young will be on closing duties. With releases on Blankstairs, Hospital Productions, and Mysteries of the Deep, Nathaniel is a lifelong musician whose contemporary work explores techno through reductive and elemental processes, inverting its silhouette and navigating within its shadow. In addition to his musical output, Young is an accomplished visual artist and designer, who has produced work for Dais Records, Hospital Productions, Resident Advisor, XLR8R, and among others.

If you are interested in going to Club Pittsburgh and Hot Mass, we recommend the following:
Buy an advance ticket to Hot Mass.
Check-in at our Hot Mass door first and get your wristband for the night.
Take the elevator to the 4th floor, show your wristband, and get $5 off your Club Pittsburgh locker or room fee.
Alternatively, please feel free to check-in at Club Pittsburgh earlier in the night and come down to Hot Mass to get your wristband. As long as there is capacity, all Club Pittsburgh patrons will receive free entrance to Hot Mass, but we recommend coming down earlier in the night to get your wristband to prevent any capacity issues. If Hot Mass is at capacity, any Club Pittsburgh patrons who do not have a Hot Mass wristband will not be able to access Hot Mass.
We know this is a change from pre-pandemic times, and we hope you understand that both entities need your support to keep things running, manage space, and survive coming out of this thing.
